This is Wamy Maengkom


 
    Wamy came to DeKalb as an AFS student from Indonesia and stayed
 at the home of the Oderkirks. Her father Arthur Edward Maengkorn was, 
in 1962, the regional director of the Post Telegram and Telephone in
South Sumatra. Wamy was hopeful of entering the diplomatic field preferably
in an Indonesian embassy of the western world. 
    We haven't heard from Wamy since 62 and would like for her to know we 
still think of her. If you could give us some leads it would be much 
appreciated.
